Game of Thrones: The IMAX experience coming to the UK 

Earlier this year, US fans of Game of Thrones were given the opportunity to see the two episodes of the hit fantasy show in glorious IMAX and now IMAX and HBO have teamed up to bring the same experience to the new IMAX screen in Milton Keynes at the opening of their new cinema on Thursday 26th February.

Odeon cinemas are opening a brand new 11 screen state of the art UK flagship cinema in Milton Keynes this week with a new customed designed IMAX screen measuring 18.5 metres wide and 10.3 metres tall. What a whopper! To mark the opening HBO will present an exclusive screening of the last two episodes of Season Four of Game of Thrones; ‘The Watchers on the Wall’ and ‘The Children’ which have been re-mastered for IMAX and DIY have three pairs of tickets to give away.

The screening marks the first of its kind in an IMAX theatre outside of North America where it launched last month to great success.
