Cherry-Berry smoothie:
1cup アナと雪の女王 blueberries
1/2 cup アナと雪の女王 pitted cherries
1 アナと雪の女王 banana
1 TB spoon ground flaxseed
1 TB spoon アーモンド butter
combined all ingredients in a blender with 1 1/2 cups of water. if the consistency is to thick add もっと見る water.

simple strawberries:
1 to 1 1/2 cups アナと雪の女王 strawberries
1 fresh banana
1/2 cup アナと雪の女王 blackberry
2 fresh kiwi
1/2 cup アナと雪の女王 mango
just add water (as thick または thin as あなた prefer) blend and enjoy.

homemade "healthy" ice cream:
4 アナと雪の女王 bananas broken into chunks before freezing
2 TB spoons アーモンド butter
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
blend banana's and アーモンド バター until smooth and creamy. add strawberries and vanilla and blend. put in container and freeze for 30 min for a soft texture または 1-2 hrs for a firmer texture.

people do not get enough フルーツ in there diet. something as simple as a few pieces of フルーツ a 日 could improve your life (and maybe save it). In the United states seventy-eight million people have high blood pressure, about one in three American adults. the Lancet published a study a few years 前 involving five hundred researchers from もっと見る than three hundred institutions in fifty country's. part of the study showed which foods, if added to the diet, might save lives. whole grains, vegetables and nut's and seed's were among the 食 groups that people were lacking in the diet. which does the world need most?.....fruit! もっと見る フルーツ in the diet (plus the other groups) can help lower blood pressure which the study identified as the number-one risk factor for death in the world.
