I think you've mistaken this club. It's for the TV series called Friends, not for making フレンズ on this website.

As for making friends/getting people to ファン あなた - add good contributions, that might make people ファン you. ファン people, and some might ファン back, especially if you've クラブ in common.

Try going to the ランダム spot. You'll probably find もっと見る people responding there. Since this is not an actual フレンズ spot only for the tv show.
