•3 cups dashi スープ stock
•1 block tofu
•3-4 Tbsps 味噌 paste
•1/4 cup chopped green onion
Preparation:
Put dashi スープ stock in a pan and bring to a boil. Cut tofu into small cubes and add them to the soup. Simmer the tofu for a few 分 on low heat. Scoop out some スープ stock from the pan and dissolve 味噌 in it. Gradually return the 味噌 mixture in the soup. Stir the スープ gently. Stop the heat and add chopped green onion. Try not to boil the スープ after あなた put 味噌 in.
