Materials:
*4 plates of white rice
*200 grams prawns, peeled, halved, garami, fried
*100 grams of カニ meat / small crab, boiled,stir-fried with butter
*1 chicken breast, poached, sliced meat
*4 eggs, make cow eyes
*2 tablespoons butter
*2 teaspoons トマト puree
*Cucumbers and tomatoes to taste
Spices recipes(mashed):
*6 pieces of red chili, trimmed, seeded
*10 pieces of red onion
*1 cm エビ paste
*1 teaspoon granulated sugar

How to make it:
1. Stir-fry ground spices with the butter, pour 2 tablespoons of water and トマト puree. Add chicken, stir well. Add ご飯, 米 and cook until cooked.

Ingredients:
•3 cups dashi スープ stock
•1 block tofu
•3-4 Tbsps 味噌 paste
•1/4 cup chopped green onion
Preparation:
Put dashi スープ stock in a pan and bring to a boil. Cut tofu into small cubes and add them to the soup. Simmer the tofu for a few 分 on low heat. Scoop out some スープ stock from the pan and dissolve 味噌 in it. Gradually return the 味噌 mixture in the soup. Stir the スープ gently. Stop the heat and add chopped green onion. Try not to boil the スープ after あなた put 味噌 in.

STORY BEGINS
Today at skool we had a field trip!
We went to the science museum.
I have been there like a 100 times!
So after we went there we went to cici's!
Man i was hungry and it was a buffet for us!
I went straight for desert and grabed all of it!
After i ate デザート i went to pizza.
After that i am still hungry.
When i got ホーム i got a ピザ hut pizza.
I ate the whole box of pizza!
So now i am REALLY thirsty!
I got the whole dr.pepper bottle and drank it all!

dropped scones

100 g (4 oz) be-ro self raising flour
pinch salt
50 g (2 oz) caster sugar
1 medium egg
4 times 15 ml spoon (4 tbsp) ミルク to mix
few drops レモン essence,(optional)


1. Mix flour,salt and sugar,add egg and gradually beat in enough ミルク to make a thick batter.

2.Add essence and mix.
