Is Foxy the one 歌う in FNaF 1?

I was watching Jacksepticeye playing it and there was 歌う so I looked it up. It sounded like Freddy to me, but it kind of sounded like Foxy too. It's like the weird happy 歌う あなた can hear sometimes. Who is the one singing?

If あなた are on about the "Dum dum de dum" is called in the games files as "Pirate_song2" Which is assumed to be Foxy, as when Pirate Coves camera is viewed the 歌う gets significantly louder.

it is foxy who sings, yes. if あなた go on to pirates cove camera when he sings あなた can hear him 歌う in the cove... dum de dum dum de dum
