Trouble downloading pictures!

I'm just wandering if others on here are having problems downloading pictures like I am. For the past couple of days, I've tried downloading pictures and ファンポップ keeps deleting them. There is nothing wrong with the pictures, they aren't too big, there's no nudity または anything else that is offensive, they just won't download. So, I wonder if it is my computer または if it's just fanpop.

the pics in the アンケー got fixed, but now it came back. i tried adding pic to some of my アンケー i was making in my club, and they would not load. so i just published them without the pics

It's a site glitch I haven't been able to add any 画像 either. Usually I end up trying to use the older uploaders but this time even that isn't working; it takes me to the error 404 page.
