あなた can't 削除 a アンケート yourself. This is to prevent people from deleting アンケー just because the results aren't going the way they want.
However, if there's something wrong with the poll, e.g. あなた made a mistake または it's causing arguments, あなた can レポート it. That might get it deleted eventually.
