Is it possible to lose/ go down a level with medals?

Can your level of medal drop if あなた don't participate and contribute to a spot for a while?

But it happened to me and I didn't unfanned the club plus I am super active on that club :/

The medal will come back though a short while after rejoining the club.

nmdis is saying he/she didn't leave the club! Do あなた even read? @nmdis, it's probably a glitch. A long time 前 a lot of チャームド〜魔女3姉妹〜 ファン ロスト their medal, but they got it back eventually.
