Help me about my caps!!!!!!!!!!

1. I joined 34 クラブ that means i can earn the "Clubbing 25" キャップ but why didn't I get it?
2. I visited ファンポップ for 10 days and my friend at school 発言しました visiting ファンポップ for 10 days will earn あなた a cap! But why didn't I get it?

Maybe a ファンポップ glitch. Try going to ファンポップ for 50 days. This may make the things run a little smoother.
