What is the meaning of italics in your club list?

I'm pretty sure that it means that the club is still "Pending".

The F4 define Pending クラブ this way:
"Pending クラブ are new クラブ created によって ファン like you. Once a pending club has a sufficient ファン interest it is promoted to full club status."

So basically, if あなた look at all of the italicized clubs, you'll probably notice that most of them are either small または aren't very active.
