Why does ファンポップ log me out every time I exit?

For weeks now, each time I go to Fanpop's main page after having been off the computer, I've been logged out and have to log back in, even though I ALWAYS check the box marked "Keep me signed in." Why does ファンポップ keep logging me out? This is getting REALLY annoying, so I would really appreciate some help.
