If あなた receive a Fanatic medal, do あなた have もっと見る access in that club?

There is a spot that the ファン want to change the banner, icon, and caption on, but the owner hasn't been on in 6 months, and is probably done with Fanpop. If a user is a Fanatic, would they be able to 編集 the spot?
