Not sure if i understand あなた correctly but to become a ファン of someone あなた go to their プロフィール and underneath their name and 説明 あなた will find a little green クロス labeled "Add to fanlist" click that and you're a fan. the user will receive a message telling them that あなた fanned them. if あなた want to no longer be a ファン read this link
