NaLu. And not only because I this is my OTP but I'm speaking within reason.
NaLu has more of a chance in happening than NaLi. (cue rabid NaLi fans snarling at me...)
Seriously though, here are the reasons:
1. Lisanna's role had been reduced to more of a side character (bats Nali fans away). Seriously, though... When was the last time you saw a memorable interaction within these two (excluding the Edolas arc)? In the anime, the last time I heard Natsu say her name (not counting the fillers; I ain't watching it.) was in the Tenroujima arc, asking how everyone was. And in the manga, the last time they genuinely bonded was during their 'Barrel Surfing' time. I only see her now cheering on the stands, or in the sidelines. And if that ain't a side character, I don't know what it is.
2. Natsu's emotional ties with Lucy compared with Lisanna's. Oh sure, he cried and mourned for Lisanna. He even snapped at Lucy one time when she (inadvertently) teased him about a girl liking him. But what happened after she returned? Did he cling to her? NO. Did she show any other special feelings to her compared to the other people in the guild? NO. Quite frankly, after Lisanna's return, he was just normal. In other words, Natsu's reaction towards Lisanna's 'death' would've been the same if anyone else in the guild had died. Okay so, she helped him hatch Happy, and they were close friends even. They would've probably had a chance together had she not 'died'. But Lucy filled the void while she was gone, and Natsu prefers her, otherwise he wouldn't single her out as a part of his team.
3. Lisanna HERSELF isn't doing anything. Okay, so when they grow up, she'd be the wife, Natsu the dad and Happy the erm... kid. But do you even see her ATTEMPTING to forge a stronger bond with Natsu? Heck, most of the time I see her with Mira and Elfman. She'd talk to Natsu casually, then return to whatever she was doing, while Natsu barges into Lucy's apartment. And that episode where Lisanna tells Lucy to 'keep close to Natsu'. Diehard NaLu shippers say that it's the sound of the NaLi ship sinking (LOL) and this is officially where Lisanna holds the torch of victory over to Lucy (XD). I look at it more logically. Lisanna decided to keep watch over her siblings, which was reasonable enough. But did she really have to tell Lucy 'to keep close to Natsu'? I mean Lucy knows it already, and since Lisanna can see how Lucy and Natsu interact she knows that Lucy knows as well. So what was the point? My answer: Lisanna is just happy to whatever Natsu would decide. She isn't vindictive, and she's a nice character, one that would wish the best on anyone.
4. Probably the most obvious: Natsu and Lucy are the main characters. I mean COME ON, PEOPLE! How many chapter covers (with Natsu and Lucy on the front page in it) will it take before you get the picture??? They might not know each other for as long as Lisanna and Natsu did, but the bond and trust they have of each other is as (if not stronger) strong as Lisanna and Natsu's. And the more they interact, the more Lisanna hogs the sidelines, the more they'll get closer, and obviously, the more chance that they'll probably be together.
