Should Makarov have died?

I do think that Makarov should have died on Tenroujima island in that arc. I realised that the fact that Makarov is still alive actually halts the character development and progression of our main characters. People like Natsu who is not developed at all are still running headfirst into situations that are dangerous because they probably know that Makarov would be there to sort any thing if it goes wrong. If Makarov had died I think someone like Natsu would finally be forced to think about things before they go and do it. Also Makarov being alive halts the progression of the guild. I want to see a new Fairy Tail that is greater than before, but under the leadership of Gildarts または Laxus. But I want to know what everyone else's thoughts are.

First, あなた mention Natsu brashness and Recklessness in diving into situations, but i think makarov dying または not, it wouldn't change that about natsu, its just his nature, i understand that people can undergo personality changes under severe emotional trauma または depression like say makarov dying but the truth is that natsu is immune to that concept, you'd think lisanna dying while going on a dangerous quest will makes him even a little less eager to go on them himself. Natsu just never thinks, its so out of character for him, apart from battle intuition, he basically seems to be missing a few brain cells. My main reason for saying makaro shouldn't have died on tenryuujima is because it would have put fairy tail in a very bad place, one it effects the time-skip, it makes mourning weird, but the main thing is Laxus at that point was still excommunicated, while the guild had began to like him, i doubt they would have accepted him as their Master, Gildarts still wouldn't be able to stay as master (remember even his responsibility as a father to cana was turned into a call me card, as he still left, but it can be argued that cana made it a point to refute his hope and all). This would have left FT in a really bad place, with maybe Erza becoming master, but even that would have been radical, while she has leadership qualities, she wouldn't do too well in the role as master (thats just my opinion), but i think maybe a few arcs after the GMG and laxus has had maybe one または two もっと見る power-ups then makarov could safely retire as によって then laxus would have formed a very strong bond with his guild mates. about Natsu, that itself is true but I really hate the fact that out of the 4 main characters (Natsu, Lucy, Gray and Erza) Natsu is the one with the least character development despite being the main protagonist. Makarovs death would indeed affect Natsu emotionally and force him to accept that gramps will not always be there to cover their asses. through this he will learn to start being もっと見る responsible and think things through before acting.

Anyways this goes on for people like juvia(moving to the light, falling in love, improving he rmagic, and making headways in her relationship with gray), gray (freeing his guilt on his teachers death, gaining a previously ロスト friend, finally seems to be reciprocating juvia's feelings), elfman, arm trans, to full beast trans, to multiple beast trans, mirajane, evergreen, freed, loki, laxus, almost every important character as pretty much had development

While wendy has developed a stronger personality, much stronger dragon slayer powers, and two sort of older brothers in natsu and Gajeel. Natsu appears stunted yes, but he does seem to be steadily growing in power, like gajeel and gray, though i agree they should push the lisanna thing, i mean why bring her back if u aren't going to use her, maybe the 次 arc, we start seeing movements from them, natsu lloking for his dragon thing is still pursued mind you, its just that like Gajeel said, there is too many rumours out ther about dragons, that its a pain responding to them all, but natsu still looks when he gets a lead. So i think for natsu he sucks in the relationship aspect, and as for new moves, he spams so many that there is hardly a need for it, あなた are talking of like an enhancement like say luffy Gear second, または NARUTO -ナルト- Sage mode and Raikudo mode, または maybe a little closer to home, like White drive and shadow drive. I guess bringing in 火災, 火 drive world be cool too, but he'd still basically be spamming the same moves, the dude had almost 6 secret techniques, もっと見る than gajeel によって a long shot in terms of moves and definitely longer than wendy. Anways i think all characters have good development, just for them to push Natsu x lisanna thing, the gray x juvia thing, a power enhancement technique, not DF(thats too soon), and もっと見る on Laxus and Gildartz.
