No it does not. Ashlynn is the daughter of シンデレラ and Prince Charming. 林檎, アップル is the daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming. There are multiple Prince Charmings. They aren't siblings. The twins do have a sister though: her name is Darling.

Snow whites prince has an unknown name. Cinderella`s prince is Prince Charming. So therefore Ashlynn, Darling, Dexter, and Daring are all siblings.
