I don't think they ever revealed where Ethan had her stashed when he went to attack Jack. :-( It would be interesting to know though...so good question!
Is she tied to a tree? Does another Other have her? Is it a trick of the island and she's already at the Staff?
I have a theory on it but I dunno if it even comes close.

lol OKAY! Here it goes…but first gotta warn you, I’ve never actually 発言しました it out loud so to speak, so it might sound much better in my head.
あなた know how there is the 質問 of how did one man carry both of them off on his own, and how it was 発言しました there were at LEAST 3 sets of tracks? To me it kind of leads to that there was another person involved in the incidents. Like another Other, a good friend of Ethan’s (male または female…perhaps one we haven’t even seen), helped him in the kidnapping and transporting Charlie and Claire. Charlie wouldn’t give up without a fight, so it would be kind of hard for one man to keep a hold of them both, even with as strong as Ethan is. If Charlie was unconscious there would still be the issue of carrying him…and Claire.
William says that there was no proof that Ethan did the hanging…now whether または not he was hinting at もっと見る than just sticking up for his character (hehe) it kind of adds もっと見る to the theory または backs it up. I keep thinking that maybe when he went to “get Jack” he went to get help from his own side. That this person was the one who was with Claire as her brother was attacked and that they were actually the ones to hang Charlie! I can totally see Claire being so traumatized によって it that all she can do is scream. Kind of like アナと雪の女王 there in fear. Maybe she was screaming over the hanging of Charlie??? (That one might be pushing it…but maybe!)
Also I kinda think that maybe the person might have helped in the sneak attack on the camp. Like a getaway rower! Staying with the boat/canoe in the water for him to come back.
Yeah, I do realize that if this theory was to be “true” the person would have to be kinda twisted maybe. It’s kind of understandable (to us as Ethan ファン at least!) why he did what he did, but this friend… They would have to have a friendship with him that they valued highly…even もっと見る than what Ben (Or was it Jacob? I don’t believe Tom ever specified who “he” was, did he?) would do to them for helping in the “screw up.”
If あなた go in the romanticized version of the theory, perhaps it was a female Other who was actually in 愛 with him and would do anything for him. In that one it could explain the scratches (if they’re not によって Claire’s hand that is!) on his face. She could have been jealous over his affection for the pregnant woman and attacked him when he was going after her…but because she loved him so much she helped him in the Scott/Steve killing. (I can never remember! LOL!) Maybe she was in 愛 with him even when he was married to his late wife.
