“I don't know, stupid! He's just... hold on.” She stopped. “Doctor, Abby has two hearts.”
“Yeah, that was sort of my important news.”

“I know! It's a long story, but right now, we should leave.”
“And leave Rory?”
“Amy, the entire planet is one big diamond. If he were still here, あなた would be able to see!”
“Oh right.” Abigail started to cry. “Oh, no, what's wrong, Abby? Is it your nappy?”
“Changed it!” The Doctor pointed out. “I bet she's hungry. Let's go.”
Amy let the Doctor take her hand and lead her to the TRADIS. All of a sudden, he realised blood was trailing down his arm. “Amy, you're hurt!”
“It's noting. Just a scratch. A bit of diamond cut me while we were playing.”
“And causes this much blood?” He showed her her arm and her eyes widened.
“You need to come to the infirmary.”
“This is the 秒 time!” Amy groaned.
Down in the infirmary, Amy watched Abby crawl around the other bed, which the TARDIS had thoughtfully supplied with guardrails, despite the Doctor's insistence she was too smart for them, as the Doctor stitched up her cut, which was luckily not infected.
“What was the last thing あなた remember, Amy?”
“Rory asked me if I'd like to get my ring recast in diamond.” Amy 発言しました slowly. The pain medication was getting to her brain, the Doctor realised.
“Anything else?”
“He told me, he suspected the baby was yours. What I want to know, Doctor, is what the last thing you'll remember is.”
“Huh?” Now he was sure the medication was getting to her head.
“What the last thing you'll remember... before I do this.” And, for some reason, she jabbed a needle into his shoulder.
Every worry in his mind simply floated away. Normally the Doctor was not affected によって drugs but this was a very powerful painkiller, actually stolen of of Skaro. “To my rooom!” Amy pointed straight ahead and they walked forward, stumbling occasionally due to the amount of drugs in their systems.
The Doctor locked the door behind him. “Let's not be interrupted. TARDIS, get us out of here.”
“Doctor, undress me.”
“Did あなた really just say-” and then the feeling of her lips on his wiped everything else out of his mind.
The first thing he thought the 次 morning was Oh, Gallifrey, what did I just do? Amy was asleep 次 to him. And, like it usually happened to him, they were both completely naked.
“Abby. She's probably hungry.” The Doctor slowly got up, redressed, and left Amy's room, rubbing his head and wondering what had happened.
Amy was thinking the same thing. Dear God, how much painkiller did he give me? Feel like I was run over によって a truck.
The Doctor found Abigail in the wardrobe room. He laughed at the sight. “Amy? Abby's taken my side.”
Amy came to see what he meant- and laughed. Sitting on the floor, in a too big tweed jacked, was Abigail, with a red bowtie around her neck and an overly-large maroon fez over her face. With one hand, she pushed it up so they could see her eyes and gurgled, grinning at her parents.
