Hate to break it to あなた but since leafeon and glaceon come from leveling up a eevee near the moss rock または ice rock and those rocks are not located in HG または SS あなた can't get them sorry i was bummed out but あなた can trade a leafeon または glaceon from platinum to HG または SS.
