Personally, she loves Jacob. Physically, she's in 愛 with Edward.

Edward because he says that he would still want her even when shes a vampire and Jacob says that he would rather see her dead then become one of them

It's totally Jacob! He made many sacrafices for Bella! Edward only wants Bella because if he dumps her, she'll tell his secret!

I think they 愛 her equally but in different ways. I think Edward loves Bella もっと見る passionately and Jacob loves her もっと見る compassionately. They both adore her and they are both great guys for her. They both go out of their way to protect her. It's just canon that she ends up with Edward. Personally, I'm on Team Jacob so I think that sucks. But it's what happened.
