Do あなた think it's unfair that girls can't transform in super saiyan?

I know it's a Toriyama-sensei decision, but I still think it's unfair. Bra is a half-saiyan like Gohan, Trunks and Goten, so she could become a ssj; Pan is strong even she's just 1/4 saiyan, she could become ssj at least at first level. So, this is my opinion, give me yours!

I find it a great injustice, but think how boring it would have been with Pan super saiyan, 孫 悟空 is the main character, so he cann't be weak, so we should see scenes in which Pan proves her self stronger than Trunks :/ I think they did that for the stereotype of the girl in danger (Like Bulma in the first series).

DBGT is non-canon, therefore doesn't count. In the original series, Pan and Bulla just appeared for ONE chapter / episode.
