The Satan Pit scared the hell out of me. I'd say this the scariest, although I just started watching the 表示する and this is the most 最近 episode I've seen. Oh yeah, The Impossible Planet was creepy too :)
I found Silence in the としょうかん, ライブラリ and Forest of the Dead a little scary.

Those were my first episodes and they scared the hell out of me when I first saw them...I still can't get over my so-called 'irrational' fear of the dark...
I thought Midnight was pretty creepy. An unknown creature that possesses people and steals someone's speech is freaky.
But if あなた look into it, The God Complex is pretty scary. あなた almost have no chance of surviving. Having to eliminate your only hope whilst being frightened によって your worst fear is just...scary.
I think the first episode that actually gave me the creeps was 'Blink'. And the joke of that is, in that episode, they don't even kill you, its もっと見る like emotional torture, sending あなた away from all the people あなた 愛 to live out the rest of your life among strangers. But, they didn't kill you. Still the creepiest episode.
And then there were the rest of the episodes that followed with the Angels.
But, still, the first one that got me was 'Blink'.
The impossible planet and Satin Pit were extremly scary not only did they prey on your fear but it made あなた wonder .. what if there is a satan .an idea DOES have to come from somewhere .. The words of the beast are creepy even leading to the doctor questioning himself....Personally i think that was the greatest episode and they should somehow incorporate the beast into a new episode without lessening the Eerieness of him
''The Empty Child'' was certainly the scariest episode of Doctor Who new series (Didn't see much of the old series). The ''Where is my mommy'' thingy, and the part in the child room with the recorder!!! OMG!!
Gosh...so many episodes that scared me... Empty child any episode with weeping angels Waters of mars God complex The episodes with the silence I think there is もっと見る but I would have to go through Netflix to find the rest...
I have not watched much Doctor Who. However, the scariest episodes I have seen are: -Anything with weeping angels -The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances -Midnight -Silence In The Library -The Impossible Planet -Water On Mars
I got seriously freaked out によって The Empty Child when I first saw it, but now I loved it. The only other one which really scared me was The Time of Angels, because it was my first Weeping エンジェル episode.
It's a tie between Midnight and Planet of the Ood. Midnight because the concept of your mind being stolen along with your own free will is really scary especially when it happens to the Doctor and the passengers are going to throw him out of the plane and all he can physically do is 表示する sheer terror from his eyes and mimic what is being said. That gave me the chills. Planet of the Ood because that scene where the bad guy turns into an Ood freaked the HELL out of me!! Both episodes extremely SCARY!
So many people are scared of The Empty Child... It scared me at first, but then あなた get to the 天使 and the shadow things (forgot what they were called) and the Silence, and then a kid with a gas mask is amazingly less scary.
Forrest of the Dead is scariest for me when the weird lady takes that マント, 隠す and she looks scary. AndnI think the waters of mars I got a little creeped out by!
Blink (yes, I know what you're going to say), Midnight, Tooth and Claw, The 天使 Take Manhattan. That's about it. I suppose The Impossible Planet/The Satan Pit was rather creepy too. Also, forgot The Waters of Mars!! And Listen was quite scary too!!
Right up until the end twists, this episode is one of the scariest episodes of doctor who besides Blink. the child-eating elevator, the three-faced things, and Why is everyone so sad? the ship has no engines, and how can it's not connected to anything!
I have to say the satan pit was the scariest. I mean the devil just freaked me out! Although... Waters of mars was really scary too not because of the monsters but because of the Doctor and the Timelord Victorious.
Blink is obviously the scariest. Mind you, I'm only on season 6. But my 上, ページのトップへ 10 scariest are:

Blink によって a longshot for me (although i'm rewatching every episode on netflix) But 秒 was Rise of the cybermen/The age of steel That concept of taking out human brains, while the humas are alive and removing their emotions just scares me. Also my sister wanted me to get into doctor who, and the first ep she showed me was blink. so yeah....
The Empty Child/Doctor Dances gave me nightmares for years
