Everything We Need to Know We Learned from Disney Movies: Part 2

It was a year ago that we first shared what everyone Disney fan knows: Disney movies are chock full of valuable life lessons. Sure, we went to school and learned what an equilateral triangle was, read important works of fiction, and built up our character by participating in copious amounts of extra-curriculars. But the important stuff? The stuff we really needed to know? Well, if the title hasn’t already clued you in, we learned that from Disney movies:

1. Inner beauty is more important than physical beauty.

It’s not what’s on the outside, but what’s on the inside that counts.

Every little bit counts. Tuppence might not be a lot, but it gives these birds a meal, as well as giving the bird lady a full heart.

4. The rules other people impose on you are more like guidelines.

At the end of the day, you’re in charge of your life. Don’t like how things are going? Change them!

They’ll still be there haunting you. So face them head on!

Cinderella loved this dress because it was made for her by friends. Their selfless act is what makes this moment special.

With a sidekick (let’s just call them what they really are: a best friend), you don’t have to go through life alone. There’s always someone cheering for you, rain or shine.

If you limit your goals, you’re cheating yourself of the opportunity to shine.

It’s usually right and will always be honest with you.

You are amazing, wonderful, the greatest. Shout it from the rooftops!
