I decided to start a series of analyzing the DP Couples in depth (and later, the other ディズニー Couples) after I got bored one day, and wanted to write a series of articles. あなた can recommend me which couple to do 次 in the couples section. So here is how it is going to go. I will first explain my 全体, 全体的です statement about the couples in a paragraph, and then I will analyze each scene to look at the inner and outer feelings of the characters individually an the couple itself.

First thoughts right after watching the Movie
What I noticed about their relationship is that most of it takes place in one day. This couple is probably the one who compliments their looks (mostly from Megara) もっと見る than most other couples, but it is obvious that they do talk, like, and care for one another from the beginning, even when he was trying to blow him off. I don't like how most of it happened on one day, but this couple is one of the better ones. She complimented his pectorals many times, and he checks her out a few times. Hades also convinced her to "handle" men, and there is a bit もっと見る adult content in this couple than in most other couples (maybe with the exception of Esmeralda and Phoebus). Otherwise, this couple is pretty set.
Megara is trying to convince Nessus (the blue monster) to 登録する Hades on his quest to overthrow Zeus, and Hercules sees him bother her, and the monster tries to flirt with her. Phil tells Hercules that he needs to study what is going on, but he ignores him, and walks straight to them to save the damsel in distress. He tells them this, not impressing her, and tells him to be on his way. He ignores her request, as he believes that it is his job to rescue the damsel in distress. She does say that she is a damsel, and is distress, but she does not need him. He does not listen, and fights the monster anyway, who drops her in the water. She sits in the water to ring her hair out, and says if "Wonderboy" is for real thinking that he is ridiculous, and Phil says of course he is, and tries to flirt with her after looking at her closely, with her tossing him in the water and fixing up herself. After Hercules beat up Nessus, he goes back with a lecturing Phil telling him that he should have thought about a plan before just randomly fighting. Hercules saw Megara ringing out her hair によって the lake, and he thinks that she is a vision, so he nervously approaches himself. He asks her if she is all right after her being in distress, and tries to finish the sentence によって saying her name, but he struggles. She says her name is Megara while whipping her hair in his face. She somewhat compliments him によって saying he has rippling pectorals, and asks if he has a name with those. He stutters while giving her his name, and at this point, she is aware of his attraction and interest in her. He asks her how she got involved with Nessus, and she wittily responds "You know men, they think no means yes and take me I'm yours", 表示中 her disinterest in men. She says goodbye to him and that hanging out with them was a real slice, saying so sarcastically. He offers her a ride, while receiving a snub from Phil and Pegasus, which she acknowledges. She punches his arm slightly and tells him that she can take care of herself and that she can tie her own shoes and everything. She walks away seductively and seductively says "Goodbye Wonderboy", which charms him and puts him into a haze. She watches him leave with a smirk, and I do not even think that she was aware that she was still looking at him, because she has to shake her head to get on focus または something like that, then she walks to Hades. He asks her why Nessus is not with her, and she says he made an offer that she had to refuse and that a boy named Hercules got in the way. Hades blows his top, and she says that she does not buy into his "heroic farm boy act". It is obvious that he is attracted to her, as he like his looks and likes her sassiness. She claims to not have an interest in him, but she unknowingly looked at him as he leaves, seems to not be turned off によって his attempts to talk to her, and she clearly likes his looks.
Phil, Hercules, and Pegasus arrive in the "Big Olive" Thebes, which Phil says is a city full of crime. Megara suddenly shows up and rushes to him saying that two "boys" are stuck under a rock and that they need help. He automatically grabs her to come with him and leaves Phil. I do not really know why he did this, so I have to guess that he just wanted to spend もっと見る time with her and was too excited to really remember Phil. She freaks out and clutches to him, because she is afraid of heights, so she clearly trusts him enough to clutch onto him and not to ask any questions. They reach the destination and he automatically steps into his hero role and lifts the rock off of the "kids", and she is clearly impressed with him and his strength. Hades continues his set up, and sent the Hydra after him. Megara starts to feel bad for setting him up, and whispers to herself that he should get out before he can. Things look bad for Hercules, as the Hydra traps him, making everyone thinks that he was killed. Mostly everyone (including her) is sad that he is "killed" and then when he comes out of the claw of the beast, everyone cheers, and she practically gives him リスペクト in his head. It is here that all of her bad pre consumptions of him disappear as soon as they appear, and she thinks he is a good person. Nothing really changed between these two, except for the fact that she thinks he is a good person, and is attracted によって his heroism, without even knowing または acknowledging it.
In weeks または possibly months, Hercules becomes new money and the most famous hero and person in Greece. Hades is mad that Hercules has defeated every single challenge that he has thrown at him, and Megara points that out to him, liking how it is getting to him. Her saying "dodging every curve thrown at him" gives Hades an idea that I must talk about in a moment. He says that he has not thrown the "right curves" at him and tells her that she needs to handle Hercules as a man, which she swears out saying that she has sworn off man handling. He is practically telling her to sleep with または perform sexual acts to him to find out his weakness. She is not so sure about it, but offers her a proposal that she cannot refuse; her freedom. The scene changes to Hercules getting jumped によって a bunch of girls, and Meg somehow sneaks in with it. After the other girls leave, she closes the door (which she was behind), and looks for a hiding Hercules. She sees toes behind curtains, and pulls the curtains, and he tries to cover himself out of instinct. He realizes that it is her, and he says that he misses her, implying that they have not seen one another in weeks または months. They decide to go hooky for a day, and both enjoy themselves, as the scene shifts over to them in a garden in the evening. They apparently came from a play and a restaurant. They 発言しました that it was fun to take a break from their lives, and eh thanks her, which she 返信 not to thank her yet. This could mean many things that I think あなた can come up with on your own. She "trips" which causes him to catch her, and blames it on her "weak ankles", failing to seduce him. He lifts her up and puts her on the stool, where she acts if he has nay of those issues, moving closer to him every time, causing him to nervously scoot away. After asking about "ruptured disks", she puts her weight on him and her hand on his chest, causing him to gulp, and pull her dress strap back up, and miserably saying that he is perfect. Awkward.... They get up, and he throws a rock, creating that famous statue that I forgot the name of. He confesses that when he was younger, he wanted to be like everyone else, and she asks why would he want that, to which she adds that everyone is petty and dishonest. He says not everyone is like that, especially not her. This is an emotional and sentimental moment in the movie and their relationship. She responds によって saying "how do あなた know what I'm like" in a vulnerable say. He says that she is the best person she has ever met (and all that stuff), and she says that they should stop whatever they have before someone gets hurt, while moving closer to one another and almost キッス before getting blocked によって Phil and Pegasus. They clearly have deep feelings for one another, and あなた know why they like one another. He likes her sassy self, bluntness, and being a joy to be around, and she likes his good-heart and his innocent-ness to a degree.
Phil yells at Hercules some more, and she apologizes for getting him in trouble, which he does not fret about, and giving her a キッス for the good time, which she is shocked, pleased and a bunch of other emotions によって that action, and also によって him giving her a flower. After liking that interaction, she starts 歌う "I Won't Say I'm in Love", which is about her denying her obvious feelings for him, and her coming to terms with her feelings, sighing happily before Hades 表示中 up. He asks her what his weakness is, and she refuses to help him, soon after saying that he has no weaknesses. Hades realizes that she is his weakness, and Phil overhears the bad part of the conversation, and has to war Hercules. She tells him that she will not help him destroy Hercules, and that he is a good man. She does not care about what will happen to her, even though Hades is yelling that he owns her. Phil reaches Hercules, who is lovestruck as well not even trying to listening to what Phi has to say. When Hercules tries to play with him, he blurts out what he heard about Megara. Hercules does not believe this, and as Phil tries to explain, he gets upset and punches him while telling him to shut up, causing Phil to leave. They both care about one another so much that they refuse to listen to anyone else, since they are that enamoured and so stuck on their feelings for one another.
After Phil leaves, Hades zaps in with a trapped Megara. He gives him an offer that Hercules will have to give up his powers for 24 hours, and Meg is free, 安全, 安全です and all. He then decides to be a douchebag, and to reveal to Hercules that Meg was working for him the entire time, and that she as 芝居 the entire time. He obviously does not believe Hades. She tries to apologize to Hercules and explain to him everything, but there is no time as Hades reveals that he is off to Olympus and disappears, leaving them both laying down extremely sad and her crying. Hades sends a Cyclops to get rid of Hercules, and he still tries to fight the Cyclops, knowing that he is weak. Megara is baffled that he is still going to fight, and tries to convince him to not do so, telling him that he will die. He says that there was worse things, still being heartbroken and betrayed によって her. She then goes off to find Phil to talk some sense into Hercules, and she explains herself to him. They find Pegasus, and then go after Hercules. Phil tries to convince him not to think that dreams are not for chumps. He goes after the monster after being beat up, and gets rid of him, while the column behind him starts to break. It eventually falls, and Megara saves him によって pushing him out of the way, while it falls on her.
He is sad and mad that she is dying, and gains his powers back while raising the column because Hades' promise of Meg not getting hurt was broken. He asks her why she did that and she 発言しました that people do crazy things when they are in love, making both happy for a moment. She tells him that he still has time to defeat Hades, getting weaker and weaker. He goes up to Olympus to save all for the gods, and once Zeus is free, how sends lightning bolts on the monsters, defeating Hades. Fresh off of his victory, he returns to Meg as soon as he can, and Phil tells him that she is dead. Hercules is beyond upset ad Phil tells him that there is some things that even he cannot change, which only gives him determination to become a hero. He then goes to the Underworld, and asks Hades for another deal; trade places with Megara to save her life. Hades tells Hercules that he has to get her before he ages to death, which he takes the task. He jumps into the ageing pond-thingy and is ageing quickly, trying to save her. He almost dies, but when the the Fates try to kill him, his rope turns into a god ring, as he becomes a god because he revived Meg. As soon as he puts her spirit into her body, she asks him what he did, and he says people say crazy things when they are in love. They get drafted to Olympus, and they congratulate him, leaving behind a sad Megara. He sees her sad, and realizes where he belongs; with her. After asking to be turned back into a human, they have a passionate キッス and everyone cheers. As the Muses are 歌う "A 星, つ星 Is Born", they return to earth, as the citizens cheer, and they happily look at the tars with Phil, Pegasus, and his parents.
Final Thoughts
After analysing them, I do believe that they are one of the most mature and adult-oriented Dinsey Couples, and they are set up and built pretty well, despite that most of it takes place in a day. They have sincere, serious conversations, we as the audience know what they like about one another, and they do have chemistry. They are written better than a lot of the ディズニー couples, but most of it happens in one day, and then the next. As a couple, they work though.
