Same as last time. She was always thought on the dark side of things when it came to going outside her tower. I guess, Gothel is partly responsible for that, but still...

Simply because she had the easiest life. She wasn't forced to do exhausting labor, her worth wasn't constantly diminished by someone who was supposed to care for her and she had more than just one human being and a camaleon for company.
