I can be reminded of it when I watch the movie, but overall no. Like, I still love John Smith despite being played by Mel Gibson. But after Angela Lansbury's comments, I'll probably be reminded of it when I watch BATB. Also, Angela Lansbury is cancelled. :/

Yes, because how they choose to act the character strongly affects how the character comes across.

i generally to separate the artist from the art, but knowing the voice behind a character has said or done something especially stupid tends to ruin them for me.

Nope, mostly cuz I don't really care what the voice is, but also because I usually know nothing about the voice actors

I can't think of an example where it has made a difference. Not to say it wouldn't (I find it really hard to imagine liking a character voice by Rolf Harris, for example), but I still love John Smith regardless of his voice actor, and Angela Lansbury's comments don't have any connection to Mrs Potts in my mind.
