Since it's a nightgown it's not very fitted.

The big stripe down the front of the skirt makes it look like a bathrobe to me. That stripe part has always bugged me for some reason.

also, isn't rapunzel's tower dress also considered in pink only? Although it does have more purple in it. I thought i should ask?

^If you look at screenshots from the movie it's a lot more purple than pink, so I'm going to include it in the purple outfits countdown. It's really only the sleeves and embroidery that are pink, the rest of the bodice and skirt are a light purple. You can take a look at some screencaps from the film here: link

Should Cinderella's rags of her pink dress be included? It is pink and looks significantly different from her pink dress before it was ruined.

^I didn't include it since it's technically the same dress. It's very possible to get nitpicky with a lot of these outfits, for example I could have included Belle's pink dress both with and without the cloak, or Mulan's dress both with and without the blue scarf thing and the sleeves rolled up. However, since this is going to be a big series of countdowns I wanted to try and keep each one a more manageable length, so I'm just including one version of each outfit. :)
