THIS IS SO HARD. I think she'd really like all three of them for different reasons (Snow- management skills and loving heart; Belle- proper, loyalty; Pocahontas- dutiful, "goes where the wind takes her" like Let It Go's lyrics).

Kioewen of tumblr (the most analytical Elsa fan I know) who helped me with my article a lot, made good points about Belle and Snow. (And in case you're wondering, she has Snow at #3, Belle at #4, Poca at #6):

"Belle: Elsa would like Belle's dignity and classiness, and certainly her bookish side. She wouldn't care for how Belle looks down upon the townspeople (for as a ruler, Elsa cares for the people of Arendelle), and Elsa would be very iffy about Belle's tendency to be a bit emotionally manipulative (how she finagles Cogsworth, "I'm sure you know everything about the castle"). Elsa also wouldn't care for Belle's stubbornness, which is a quality in Anna that annoys her (to her great frustration).

Snow White: Elsa would relate to Snow White's moment of fearfulness at the hands of the huntsman and her moment of fear in the woods, and would also relate to how Snow White subsequently finds her courage. Elsa would generally appreciate Snow White's responsible manner of running the dwarf household (given Elsa's own upbringing to be queen and manage a kingdom) but might find Snow White's bossy manner somewhat grating."

I feel she'd like Pocahontas; both are fun and playful, but also sophisticated and want to see their loved ones and those around them safe and sound. :)

I think she would relate to Pocahontas's more mellow and mature personality, yet both have a fun and playful side too.

She would like all three, but definitely.

I agree with AudreyFreak about Belle.

I think she would like her for wanting to be free and she would relate to her for all the hard choices she has to make
