Sorry, can't stand the name Neha (it's personal. My ex-bully was named Neha, sorry). Any ways, I kind of like the name Cordilia, so it's fine out of these choices. But I personally prefer other names, and I'd like to know the story and origin before choosing a name. But that;s just me. :)

it's the name of my best friend and one of my favorite singers as well.
i think it's really pretty.
