^ lightning max is 1/2 lightspeed and it rarely reaches that. also thunder usually comes from the body and therefore even slower then normal lightning. Pokemon have also dodged lightning, are u saying almost all pokemon are massively hypersonic?

sheepmon is one of the weakest digimons i know and flaffy is one of the worse electric type pokemon too but i bet flaffy will win
