► Damon + Elena ☺ it's just the beginning

I just need to say it once. あなた just need to hear it. I 愛 Delena and the ファン here. I firmly believe that DE ファン are the smartest, most articulate, thoughtful, perceptive, compassionate, and all round awesome of the entire TVD fandom. But something has been troubling me of late, particularly in the aftermath of 3x01. It seems that as long as we get reams of DE-infused promos, webclips, episode stills and tantalising interviews, then everyone is profoundly confident and positive about the outcome of the triangle. But when the tide turns, and there's even a sniff of SE または trouble in the air,...

This one's really short compared to the others, and not so good. Just bare with me till the 次 chapter. ;)

Damon’s POV
I walked into the bar somewhere in the middle of no where. It wasn’t busy, basically what I suspected to be the ‘regulars’. I’d been driving all 日 and this was my first stop. I went up to the bar.
“A beer, please, sir,” I 発言しました to the old man with a white beard. His cold, dark, blue eyes took me in for a few 秒 and then nodded.
“Can あなた tell me where I am?” I asked as he handed me the ice cold drink.

Don't get the wrong idea. It's almost unheard of for an episode of 'The Vampire Diaries' to disappoint me. I'm not giving up hope. I still believe that the best is yet to come but to say that Season 2 hasn't been what we anticipated would be an understatement.

A better タイトル for 2x11 'By The Light of The Moon' would have been 'Much Ado About Nothing'. I'd been feeling slightly nervous about it even before I realised that we were only going to get one teeny weeny DE scene. I was terribly worried it would be an anti-climax, and my fears were proved right. It was.
I daresay I wouldn't have felt...
