I’ve been hearing all about Bamon and how Damon and Bonnie will be the best coupling on the 表示する but I just can’t see it. DB’ers have asked me why I don’t ship them so i’ll give them my 上, ページのトップへ five reasons.

1. Why do あなた ship Bamon?

There’s absolutely no good reason to ship them. I’ve heard from BD ファン that Ian and Kat have the best chemistry on the show. That’s a matter of opinion and I disagree. Bonnie and Damon have zero chemistry with each other, none. And most of the scenes they have together are forced and the supposed UST between them is never there. I can’t see them together on the 表示する because Damon loves Elena and he will ALWAYS 愛 Elena.

Another reason why I can’t ship them is because they are not plausible. There’s nothing plausible about them being together. BD’ers say Bonnie is Damon’s best potential match, she brings out his humanity. I’m sorry but I strongly disagree. How is Bonnie Damon’s best match? How does she bring out his humanity? BD’ers say Bonnie challenges Damon, she is what Damon NEEDS because she’s not “weak” like Elena. Seriously? Elena may not be as strong as Damon but she sure as hell isn’t weak. If anything Bonnie is the weak one. She gets nosebleeds every time she does a spell and she can’t even kill an original vampire whereas Elena has killed Elijah without even breaking a sweat. Elena is very strong for a HUMAN and THAT is what Damon loves about her. If she wasn’t strong and “weak” like some people say then why would Damon 愛 her? He would 愛 Bonnie wouldn’t he since she’s a challenge to him? But he doesn’t. He loves Elena. あなた know why? She’s strong, brave, able to hold her own against a vampire, she shows compassion to people and gives them 秒 chances to do better. Just because Bonnie is a スーパーナチュラル being and is on level with Damon in terms of power that does NOT equal a challenge. Damon loves Elena because she IS a challenge to him. She challenges him everyday to be good and that is what he likes. Damon likes strong women and Elena is pretty strong so there’s no 質問 as to why he fell in 愛 with her. He admires her. He loves everything about her. Her beauty, ability to give people another chance, her courage, her ability to forgive people for the choices they’ve made, it all boils down to the type of person she is. Bonnie doesn’t forgive people easily and I think that is one of her biggest flaws, among many others. She makes あなた work to earn her respect and while that may be fine I don’t see it as fine in Damon’s case. She never chooses to see the good in Damon, ever. Only when he shows her he has a ハート, 心 she actually shows some compassion towards her. She can’t see past the mask that he puts up and if she can’t do that then she doesn’t deserve Damon at all. Elena sees through his mask and the ウォール he puts up. She sees the real Damon and that is who she likes.

2: They do not deserve each other.

“If あなた can’t handle me at my worst then あなた don’t deserve me at my best.” I think this quote describes DE perfectly. Elena handles Damon and deals with him. She cares about him even in his darkest hours. The episode after he “killed” Jeremy Elena jumped over a 火災, 火 and stopped Bonnie from burning him alive and in the season finale when he bit her she still came to his ベッド side and took care of him. Despite the fact that he killed her brother right infront of her she still cares about him, she still shows him kindness and compassion. Bonnie on the other hand couldn’t handle all the horrible things Damon did. After she found out Caroline was turned she tried to kill him. She didn’t even give him a 秒 thought. She cannot handle Damon at his worst. She has to use her spells and magic to handle him and that’s not how あなた handle someone. あなた cannot force them to stop doing something. あなた can only help them to see the good in themselves and hope they’ll change for the better. That is what Elena is doing. She is taming the monster inside of Damon little によって little. She is making him see the errors of his ways. Every mistake Damon makes is apart of his journey to become good, to become the best version of himself. But he cannot do it alone. He needs help to do it and Elena is the best person he can rely on. によって forgiving Damon she is helping him, helping him to see his mistakes. When he forced blood down her throat she forgave him, when he killed her brother she forgave him, all of those horrible things he has ever done to her she has forgiven him and accepted Damon for who he is. That was the biggest 石臼, マイルストン in Damon’s character development. Bonnie would never be able to do that. She cannot accept Damon for who he is. She will want Damon to change, to become someone he doesn’t want to be. And that is why Bonnie will never be deserving of Damon’s love.

3: A Bamon pairing would be forced, OOC, and random.

Damon loved Katherine/lusted after her for 145 years. He never loved another woman besides Katherine. He may have has flings but he always was wanting to get Kat out of the tomb so they can be together forever. Until Elena came along, Kat was the only thing on his mind. He would do anything to get her out, he made that clear in the キッチン DE scene. But after she told Damon that she didn’t 愛 him and only loved Stefan, that was Damon’s breaking point. He was able to break free from Katherine’s grip and naturally he began to fall for Elena. Now that he has fallen for Elena completely, how long do あなた think it’ll take him to get over her? This another reason why Bamon would be a complete fail. It would be out of character for Damon to fall in 愛 with Bonnie while he’s so deeply in 愛 with Elena. And I doubt that will ever change. Once Elena returns Damon’s feelings it’ll be impossible for him to 移動する on from her. Damon is loyal, passionate, and when he loves it’s uncontrollable. He loves Elena with all his ハート, 心 and soul and I seriously doubt that will change. Elena cares for Damon, whereas Katherine used him and played with his feelings. She strung him along, making him believe that she loved him where it was all a lie. Elena genuinely cares for Damon, she’s not playing with his feelings または toying with his emotions. She really cares for him. So why would he 愛 someone else when Elena cares for him and maybe on a deeper level, loves him? It wouldn’t make sense for Damon to gradually to fall out of 愛 with Elena and fall in 愛 with Bonnie who doesn’t care for him at all. It would be the same thing if the roles were reversed. If Bonnie really cared for Damon but Elena hated him and didn’t care for him and Damon loved Bonnie, then I would ship Bamon.

4. Damon’s character will be destroyed if Bsmon happened.

Damon does not fall in 愛 easily. Damon has loved Katherine for 145 YEARS after her “death”. He spent all of his eternal life trying to get her out of the tomb so he can be with her forever. Now anyone who understands Damon understands his passion, his loyalty to the ones that he loves. He loved Katherine even after she revealed herself to him, he still loved her and did not see her as a monster even after he saw her kill those people in the road. In Stefan’s Diaries he tells Stefan, “She’s still Katherine. Nothing has changed.”

If Katherine had never rejected Damon, then they would still be together. He was willing to forget those last 145 years he spent missing her, loving her, etc. That is how strongly Damon’s 愛 for somebody can be, and maybe even もっと見る so now that he has found true love. But now he has found out that his 愛 for Katherine was merely fake and that he really loves Elena.

Damon would never leave his other half. Elena is the light to Damon’s darkness and Damon is the darkness to Elena’s lightness. For the first time ever Elena took the time to understand him, get to know him, be his friend, and 表示する him that あなた don’t have to kill to get what あなた want. Bonnie has to be SPOON FED his good side to her! That scene in Founder’s 日 where he showed Bonnie his good side, Bonnie was shocked because she had no idea that he could be good. She could not see his humanity past his jokes nor could she see the pain! So how the hell can he be good for her and she be good for him? She awakens NOTHING in him! No good, no kindness, etc. Hell all Bonnie does to help Damon is to help him take human life! Do あなた think that’s the kind of Damon he wants to be? NO! He 発言しました it himself that he wants to be human and he misses it. Elena makes Damon feel human. Win/win situation.

Bonnie makes Damon into something he doesn’t want to be. Every time he is around Bonnie he acts snarky and mean. Damon doesn’t want to act like this! He wants to put his mask down but is afraid he will get hurt because Bonnie WILL hurt him! Remember all those times she’s set him on fire? Damon has to have his guard up around Bonnie または he will risk getting killed if he makes one small mistake. Elena can very well kill Damon as well but she chooses not to because she sees the human inside of him. Behind the mocking, threats, killings, she sees a man worth saving from the darkness of his heart. Bonnie would have let Damon burn had it not been for Elena.

Damon loves Elena. The idea of him loving someone else is laughable and downright hysterical. Bonnie will never be worthy of his love. Only Elena. Elena is the only one that touches his pure soul, his tortured filled soul that is in desperate need of 愛 and care. Elena breaks down his barriers and and is slowly healing him. Bonnie does nothing besides call Damon a monster and light him on fire. How can people ship them? It makes ZERO sense!!!

Damon truly loves Elena. It’s pretty obvious that she will forever be his and he will forever be hers. There’s no such thing as Bamon. The reasons I just listed are proof enough that Damon will never 愛 Bonnie and it will always been Elena. If he does get with Bonnie then clearly the writers don’t care about Damon または the show. The 表示する will eventually get canceled because who wants to watch a 表示する were the lead character character’s personality is destroyed? I would NOT watch that! I 愛 Damon too much to see him be destroyed and in an un loved relationship. It’s like DK all over again!

5. It would destroy Elena/Bonnie’s friendship

Bonnie had been so worried about hooking up with Jeremy because he is Elena’s little brother. So do あなた really think that when Elena comes to 愛 Damon too Bonnie is going to try and be with Damon if she starts falling for him? Even if Damon ever did fall for her, Bonnie is a person with high loyalty and morals. She would never do that to her best friend. It would not only make the dynamic between Elena/Bonnie change, it would make Damon the lead in the 三角形 and push Stefan out of it. And that is not what the 表示する is about. This 表示する isn’t about who Damon wants to be with, it’s about who Elena wants to be with, and doing a B/D/E 三角形 would make Damon the center of this show. It would destroy TVD as a whole and change up everything and take away from the story’s core plot.

And that is why I can never see BD happening.
