where do あなた get DE clips to make fanvideos??

I want to make a DE vid really bad but i don't know where または how to get the clips.. I have already tried converting yt vids into movie maker and thats not working.can someone help pleasee!

I download full episodes.
Then drag one onto the track (I use Sony Vegas instead of Windows Movie Maker - I think it's way better ;)) & cut out the scene I want.
