Do あなた really have to know math and English in order to work for a Comic Book Company ?

I'm kinda worried because here I'm at an Art Program but it's not really a school cause it's actually work . And I don't know if I'll ever go to school because it may be too tough for me . So what do あなた say ? True ? または is this all a Big False ?
