lelouch doesn't really die, he was stabbed によって suzaku because the two of them already knew that charles's immortality is passed on to lelouch, that makes lelouch an immortal.

Yes, Lelouch dies, however he's still alive at the end. the creators of the 表示する 発言しました they made it an open ending so that everyone can decide what happens for themselves, but they screwed up one part. at the end, when Nunally touches Lelouch's hand, she receives 画像 of Lelouch's memories explaining why he really did what he did. The only way memories can be shared in this show, is if the 'sharer' has a Code, which means Lelouch has to have one. all evidence suggests that a person receives a Code inactivated, and they have to die for it to activate.
If Lelouch had a Code it would not be on his forehead, it would most likely be on his palm because that's where Charles' was. We don't know if it was there または not because Lelouch touches his stab wound which covers his palm with blood.
Also, i have never seen anything where the creators 発言しました that Lelouch was dead. they've 発言しました things like his story has come to a stop, but nothing that actually says he's dead (died and dead are two different things for this subject mind you).

It might have been on his throat considering that's where Charles grabbed him. Since it was on Charles hand it also kind implies he strangled V.V
Hard to admit but.. yes. He really died. :'( He was not immortal because he did not have that indicator on th forehead. And, Nunally cried, meaning, she knew Lelouch really died.

I think Luluushu didn't die. He may be immortal または may be Susaku didn't sworded him a fatal point. When he killed Lulushu, he cried that means he loves him. または it could be his sword point didn't reach a fatal point. And another thing is that driver may be Lelouch. As soon as C.C finished her explanations, she looked up and asked "Right, Lelouch?". Making that she looked up the sky and asked Luluushu who had died. They didn't 表示する the driver's face. That driver may be Luluushu, no, must be Luluushu! または if it is like what u 発言しました Lelouch died honourablely. Making everyone thinks that he is an evil but did a very very honourable work!!!!!
the forehead is not the indicator of immortality. If anything, it should have been on hos throat, where charles grabbed him. Charle's own code symbol was on his palm, meaning that the location varies for each person.
There answer to the 質問 is both Yes and NO, the 作者 leaves it for the audience to choose whether または not Lelouch died. Thats why the last scene is of C.C. talking alone, the want あなた to decide if its the driver, a spirit, または herself she is talking to.

The way i interpreted it Lelouch lived and C.C. made him immortal. Lelouch made the world a better place for everyone and they thought he was dead. C.C. probably wasn't talking to the sky and why would he look at the カート driver and giggle saying "Right Lelouch?" after her monologue if it wasn't him? I know the original ending actually showed his face but that was cut out to give it もっと見る of an ambiguous feeling but i still believe 90% that he's alive.
Yes, Lelouch dies at the end of the last episode of Code Geass R2.Suzaku dresses like zero and kills lelouch when lelouch is about to order the army too kill off the last of the black knights. This pic of Zero is suzaku.

Although Suzaku does take over the part as Zero (his metaphorical geass power) and does kill Lelouch. I don't believe he's really dead. Charles possessed the immortality 与えられた to him によって geass, which may have passed over to Lelouch when he killed him. C2 does reference him while talking to herself, but she may also have been talking to the driver who we don't see that face of. My thoughts are, based on the episode where Kallen and C2 fight, Kallen ask if C2 was in 愛 with Lelouch. Had this been true, which I highly believe it was, she wouldn't have been so content at the end. Just looking at through a romantics eyes.
no! i dont think lelouch is really dead coz if he really did die on the last episode, that he casts to his brother snyzer will stop working, and also the geass to zusaku but as far as i am concern the still works on his brother, so that means lelouch aint dead.
i don't know it's possible in the spilt 秒 before suzaku stabbed him that he became immortal because of his geass but even for lelouch that's highly unlikely but it'd make one heck of a spin-off if lelouch didn't die! i don't think they killed lelouch now that i'm acutally thinking about it... heres what i think suzaku stabbed lelouch through the spine right? he shouldn't have been able to stand let alone walk after that yet he walks three steps (i think) and then falls down the transport and at nunnally's side, and here's another thing how did nunally know at the end that lelouch did all this for her?

Yes Lelouch died on the last episode of Code Geass. His plan was to die so that the world would direct it's hate towards him and forget about Euphy's crime (Well she did it cause of Lelouch's geass.) But if あなた keep watching past that C.C is talking to Lelouch's spirit like how she talked to Lelouch's mom spirit. I mean C.C does have the ability to talk to dead people, so yeah Lelouch is dead but his spirit lives on
Code Geass is one of the greatest アニメ of all time because of a main characters death. Really the ending is very ambiguious. I really hope that Lelouch isnt dead cus he is after all the coolest and the smartest. (Excluding deathnote's characters) Really 愛 him and i wish clamp would create a third season to it! REVIVE HIM CLAMP! WE ALL 愛 HIM.

Clamp only designed the characters and set the art style. CG is just like any other anime, with a writer 書く a script. Clamp was hardly involved at all.

Lelouch did not die. He obtained Charle's code in the world of C, since his geass sigil was on his hand, like C.C.'s is on her forehead. If it were to 表示する up, Lelouch's would most likely appear on his neck, where he was grabbed によって charle's right hand. Furthermore, he shows up in the final scene, driving C.C.'s cart. There is little chance C.C. has ロスト her mind, and she seems fairly lucid, so we have to believe she was actually talking to Lelouch. The rumors of R3 are, in fact, true, and it appears Lelouch has grown his hair out a little..or a lot. C.C. looks the same as ever: Dead sexy, and there's a new protaganist in the mix as well, who seems to have automail...or something like it. Renya, I believe his name is. I hope this is enough to satisfy this question. ^^

ahhhhh this is so confusing!!! i think when the director 発言しました that it's up to us to interpret the ending, i think he meant that it's up to us to interpret the result of lelouch's death! but it's still so confusing since C.C. was talking to lelouch in the end. and since C.C. says that the geass leads to solitude, maybe lelouch decided to be apart from everybody else after they showed the people that he was killed and yes it is possible that charle's immortality was passed on to him. or, it could be that lelouch really die and C.C. could still talk to him since before she could also talk to marienne. oh well. i still 愛 the ending.
No,because if I recall CC gave Lelouch-sama immortality therefore it would be virtually impossible to "go"..but so many things come into place and I guess whether he did または didn't go is probably just opinion..but based on facts it doesn't seem like he did.
Lelouch does not die. It states on the wiki that when A geass user makes a contract with someone it makes them immortal and immune to all other geass. At the end Lelouch gives Suzaku the geass.

And another thing it says that Lelouch had another geass called "Wired Geass, The Zero" wich with his hand he can detroy anything. SO maybe when he stuck his hand out and 発言しました "be gone" to his father and mother he actually did kill them, thus gaining immortality.
SPOILER ALERT! Ok this is the most simplest way tot say it.Because Lelouch killed his father and his father is immortal and によって killing a immortal he became immortal also right at the end C.C. talked to Lelouch on the caravan. So Lelouch did not die.
Here's my theory of it base on connections i made. I believe he is alive. Why? Well for one thing for sure is that i notice that in CC memories, Charles, n now lelouch were able to use both eyes able to use geass before processing the code for immortality. Plus i do believe lelouch knows CC true contract after the goin through her memories (prbly to desire true 愛 since she culdnt differentiate between fake n true but idk. She also uses the same reason the nun used although they skip the part how the Nun gave CC the code.Obviously CC didnt kill her.). Lelouch did "kill" Charles who also had the code but the contradiction is gettin the code from the person they made a contract with. From that aside i think they have to die first before getting the code bcuz i notice CC was covered in blood(indicate whether the nun killed CC to pass on the code before killing herself bcuz i know CC wuldnt kill the nun and she wuld prbly stop the suicide) and Charles gettin shot in the ハート, 心 によって lelouch which mite relate to why lelouch chose to die.
Another thing i notice is how similar CC formed the contract with Lelouch and how Lelouch told Suzaku in zero's mask about the "wish" most possibly meaning lelouch is giving Suzaku a geass?
When lelouch was about to die, lelouch covered his palm with blood but why?to cover his palm up where the code was located like charles? i know i wuldnt have done that.its a possibility but there is no high evidence. Plus lelouch wiped his blood with his palm on the mask which prbly have a significant meaning.
The epilogue is prbly a hard 質問 to use as evidence since everyone is complaining abut how CC used lelouch name to either the sky または the カート driver. hard decision but idk why wuld u nod ur head toward the driver when u're already looking up at the sky?

P.S just how of randomness, my お気に入り part was when CC ロスト her memories and lelouch accidently hurted her. Then she talks about not having a friend and how u shuld depend on them which made me kinda sad.Poor CC, I'll be ur friend(oh wait, u got Lelouch.DAMMIT!). the best part comes when CC is looking at her ring finger where lelouch put the bandage at. AWH Lelouch is a big softy and proposed to her xD(jk) n CC was adorable at that part. <3
P.S.S Lelouch is smart enough to even plan ahead his future. i think he's smart enough to pull of his death n come back alive but who knows. its just opinion base. Believe what u believe. Lelouch lives または dies honorably, either way i 愛 that part i just mention!
No actually at the end it shows c.c talking to a truck driver and at the end she says Lelouch? and he is the truck driver but she is on 干し草, 乾草 at the back of the truck

Many years 前 a nun gave C.C the power of Geass, once this power manifested the nun seemingly killed C.C which transferred the nun's Code to her. Charles zi Britannia shot himself によって the command of Lelouch vi Britannia while his eyes were in their final stage. This allowed Charles to gain V.V's Code and become immortal. At the end of the series Suzaku Kururugi masked as Zero killed Lelouch, based on 前 evidence this would mean that Lelouch would gain C.C's Code and C.C would die. C.C did not die in the end of the series, this suggests that Lelouch may have already possessed a code which is why C.C's wasn't taken, if this is true then Lelouch vi Britannia is still alive.
It is 発言しました によって Charles that two Codes are needed to kill god, which means two Codes can be possessed によって one person, but in order to obtain a 秒 Code, due to a lack of a contract, there is a physical "ritual" (as seen in episode 15 of the 秒 season) needed. This process doesn't seem to be needed between the two individuals who have made a contract (Code barer and the Geass barer). This means that C.C should have died when Lelouch did and her code passed on.
If Lelouch gained Charles Code, upon death it would have activated. The Geass sigil would appear on his right hand, which is covered in blood during his elaborate death. So it is inconclusive whether he possessed a sigil または not. In other words, it's possible that he did possess it.
When Charles died, though technically killed によって "god", only a Geass user with their Geass fully manifested can be 与えられた a Code. This could mean that Lelouch being the only Geass user there was 与えられた the Code during physical contact with Charles. Similar contact is used when Charles attempts to take C.C's Code.
It is very possible that Lelouch gained Charles Code without anyone (himself included) knowing due to it only activating on death. This would explain why C.C cried at an alter and why Suzaku also cried while killing him.
