If あなた read the Bible, あなた find that Satan does not punish sinners. In Revelation, he is thrown into the lake of fire, as well as his followers and all of those whose names are not written in the Book of idea. I maybe wrong, but the idea of Satan punishing sinners, sounds like it may have been an adaptation of the greek god Hades.
I'm gonna answer yor 質問 with a 質問 of my own. Why, when ジーザス died for our sins, is there even still the threat of going to hell if we aren't "good"?

Satan is just an instrument to fufill God´s will.. when he wanted to test job he asked God´s permission first because even though he has power God is stil the one that allows things.. I am in total agree with dreamfields.. Satan does not punish the evildoers but thier own sins.. God is fair and he will not oversee the evil doers.. but あなた reap what あなた 雌豚, 種まき, 種をまく so if あなた sin the pay for sin is death..
and also yes ジーザス did die in the クロス but for those who BELIEVE john 3:16 says it clearly.. for God so loved the world that he gave his only son for that WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM SHALL NOT PERISH BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE.. if あなた believe あなた will try your best to be ´´good´´ and yes even if あなた believe there is still a threat if there wasnt than why would paul saySo then, my beloved, even as あなた have always obeyed, not only in my presence, but now much もっと見る in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. in philippians 2:12?
But you're also not supposed to believe in ジーザス just to get out of going to hell right? Cause even if あなた believe in Jesus, If it's only out of the fear of hell you'll still go to hell right? At least that's what my old pastor 発言しました once. It kinda seems a little illogical if あなた ask me. "believe in ジーザス Christ but only because of this not because あなた don't want to go to hell, または youll go to hell"
satan does not punish the evildoers, but God does, satan is just an instrument, as we all are, when Job was to be tempted によって satan he first asked for permission because he can not do anything before asking God, so the punishment that evildoers recieve is not from satan but from God because he is Fair and just and does not oversee the evil doer.. and also あなた reap what あなた sow, so everything that an evil doer does will eventually come back to him..
