Definitey very sad, but the saddest is the Christmas special. But also the happiest =]

Honestly, I found it very difficult to watch. When I first saw it, it was around the time one of my own friends had cancer (thankfully, she pulled through and has been doing very well in life ever since). It definitely shook me up more than any other episode.
