How do I get an autograph picture of Catherine. I’ve made 2 attempts but haven’t received anything.

I am a retired Air Force veteran and have been waiting for もっと見る than 10 years to receive a picture. I’ve been one of her biggest ファン since before JAG and all her other shows, especially Good Witch. Please help. Thank you, Tim
