In the episode where Spike calls Buffy 'Goldy Locks', and Buffy cuts her hair when she gets home...
Did Sarah Michelle Gellar really cut her hair for the tv show? または was it just a wig thing.

No, the haircut was real; she wore the wig BEFORE the hair cut. (most likely Gellar got a haircut during the season and they decided to go with a wig)
