i still can't believe the boston redsox winning the 2004 world series! i was never really a baseball fan. i would see who made it to the worldseries and i would see who won it but that was as far as my 愛 of baseball went. until i heard the story of the curse of the bambino. it was getting close to the 2003 playoffs and there was a special on tv about the curse. suddenly baseball was interesting. so i watched the playoffs. and the redsox lost. was there something to this curse? so i followed the redsox 2004 season. and they made it to the playoffs once again. on the 日 the redsox 1st beat the yankees, i had found the only tin of mints with the redsox logo on it in a box full of st.louis cardinals logo tins. that's what i call fate! with the playoffs chock full of 1st time evers and on the winning 日 a total lunar eclipse! another 1st time ever! i will remember those days for the rest of my life! go redsox!!
