Fire, Graceling, または Bitterblue, all によって Kirsten Cashore. Good books. Not too much in the superpower department, but 火災, 火 (Fire) has mental power and Katsa (Graceling) is raced with survival (fighting, foraging, etc.). Bitterblue doesn't really have a "power".

Any book によって Tamora Pierce, though the romance tends to be in the later 本 of eah quartet.

The 魔法にかけられて Forest Chronicles によって Patricia Wrede.

Maximum Ride によって James Patterson. もっと見る sci-fi than fantasy.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians/The ヒーローズ of Olympus によって Rick Riordan. The narrater in PJO is a guy, but everything else meets the criteria. His 愛 interest is there almost the entire time.
