the episode with the shoelace tying theory -ANYBODY REMEMBER THE SCENE? HELP ASAP!!

this has been bothering me for the longest time, I cant remember the exact episode wherein the discussion which was directed to Booth was about the tying of shoe laces
I am not sure if it came from BONES（ボーンズ）-骨は語る- または Dr Sweets (my gut tells me it was him)
it was something like, they way あなた put the loop of あなた laces either under of over determined whether あなた are right of left brain dominant.
I cant find it online, I started to reread my transcripts, im still in season 1, episode 8.. still haven't found it
I need help. This is keeping me up at night!!!
