The fourth arc starts in the present, where Hinata was all along: the Blue Moon valley. This goes out to Robyn.
Hinata opened her eyes. She had started reminiscing about the past at around midnight, and now it was almost dawn. She had a vague idea of where she was, for when she found she couldn't sleep, she looked out the window, and saw that everything was bathed in a blue moonlight. They had been in the Valley country when the Duo had fallen to the Blue Moon, so Hinata figured that they were in the Blue Moon valley. She studied her cell room out of boredom. The ベッド she was laying on was soft, and the blankets covering her body were very comfy, as were her pillow. Jutting out of the ウォール was a basic water fountain. When Hinata drunk water out of it, it tasted pure and clean. The water was also cold, which told Hinata that the 情報源 of the water 噴水 was probably a mountain stream. The walls of her cell room were plain, unpainted. Upon closer inspection, the were also revealed to be very old. Whatever house she was in, it was old. The door of her cell room was locked, of course, but the lock was new when compared to everything else. The bars on her window were also new, and they seem to be made of some special material that filtered the moonlight so it couldn't get in the room. Apparently the Duo didn't want Hinata to be exposed to the Blue Moonlight. She had no intention of letting what happened to the Duo happen to her. But the they also seem to have plans for her, because when she had first woken up, she sensed that her chakra tank was 次 to zero. She was trapped here. But for what purpose?
Hokage's room: Tsunade kneaded her temples with her hands. Being the fifth Hokage was a stress filled job. But lately she just wanted to retire and leave it to Naruto. When the Duo had shown up three years ago, it almost set off another war, not six months after the last. The reason why was when Raikage heard about the Duo's various exploits, (particularly the Sound Village elemental cival war) he demanded they be returned to their "Home country" Tsunade met with the Raikage, then blatanly pointed out that the 雲, クラウド Village had permanently expelled them. Raikage had shouted at her for about an hour, then left. She didn't like it one bit. The 雲, クラウド had a nasty habit of kidnapping any shinobi whose powers they wanted. And the Duo was definitely on their list. Shizune burst into the office, panting. "Milady!" she shouted, "The corpses of Daiki Maru and his gang were just found near the border of the Valley country!" Tsunade started. "Who killed him?" Shizune looked through the relevant folder. "You're not going to believe this: it was Hinata Hyuga. She also killed one of his group. The Duo killed the rest of the group, except for two of them, who were killed によって Ino Yamanaka." Tsunade's headache got worse. What was Ino doing with Hinata's group? Shizune read Tsunade's mind. "Ino is on her way back here, so apparently she remembered that she has a mission soon." This only helped a little. Only the Hokage and the Kazekage knew about, because it was between their Hidden Villages. But deep in the Valley country was a place known as the Blue Moon valley. Most shinobi who entered that cursed place died. Anyone who got out alive was always insane. Fortunately, Shinobis ending up in the BMV was a rare occurrence. But if Hinata, または even, worse, the Duo, were to fall to the Blue Moon valley, then…well, it would be better not to think about that.
