Another odd and confusing question. First, no one's taking over anything. Ichigo was a substitute shinigami, it's not like they need a new one. Soul Society's got a bunch of plain old shinigami, Ichigo was just a special case. Even if that wasn't the case, recent events in the manga have more than hinted Ichigo's return to power. That being said, I think a better question is: who has more likelihood to be involved with Soul Society? Again, due to recent events (as well as a confrontational attitude), seems to me that Karin is far more likely.

Alright, well I'm saying that it's extremely unlikely. You say "if", I say the likelihood of that "if" mattering is low. Dismissing the fact that he's a substitute soul reaper and therefore doesn't need to be replaced can't be covered over by a simple "if".

I'd rather neither did, but would Yuzu even be capable of that? XD I know Im not very far in the series, but I thought Yuzu couldnt even see spirits or Shinigami.

Of course Karin would be able to, probably even more easily than Ichigo, (though she wouldnt quite reach his level) but I just dont want her to.

I so totally agree with Loveless1253!!! Toshiro and Karin together are just the best!!! And also, Yuzu is just SO weak.

Neither, but if it down to one or the other, then I would choose Karin, since she can actually see spirits.
