Arc One: Aizen: The Beginning of the End

The beginning of this RP accounts for Aizen's disappearance from the Maggot's Nest and back to Hueco Mundo. Sosuke Aizen is planning to take over the Soul Society once more, by creating another Arrancar army. In reality, his goal is to steal the Ouken and use it to achieve passage into the Soul-King's dimension. Once again, the Soul Society are destined to try and stop him, lead by Captain-Commander Hitsugaya and the other 12 Captains. The appearance of a strange man, who saved a Seated officer, was to be their salvation... He was powerful, enough so to kill an Arrancar and then, later, an Espada. But, they learned that the name of his Zanpakuto was akin to that of a God.

Arc Two: Soul Society: The God's Realm.

The second is about the pseudo-shinigami, women and men with powers similar to Raijin's, where they each possess the capability of using these 'God-like' powers. Unfortunately, their existence has attracted the attention of a group of 'Radical' Gods, that believe existence of the pseudo-shinigami is unwarranted and wish to cleanse the Universe of them. The Radicals are lead by Ajisukitakahikone, Raijin's God, and the reason for his Zanpakutou's existence; Ajisukitakahikone had spent so much of his life feeling unloved by his father and brother, that he and Takemikazuchi, his other brother, decided to form a group of Gods to rebel against the other Gods.

Arc Three: Aizen: Revenge.

Aizen is planning to destroy the Soul-King's dimension and eradicate the Soul Society from existence. Only Raijin Masamune, with the help of the Gotei 13, can stop this from happening. All of their efforts are now focused on apprehending and executing Sosuke Aizen for good. With the help of each of the divisions among the Gotei 13, everyone is now underway to learn more about Aizen's activities and find information taht will conclude what his plan to enter the Soul Society is.

Filler Arc: The Kasumioji clan are being manipulated from within by a man with a powerful intellect and a major hatred of the Shinigami from the Seireitei. While this is going on, the other noble houses are protecting the existence of the Diadem, a powerful artifact, that could possess the secret of Kido and knowledge of Futo Minoriko, the first person to develop Kido. Together these two occurences will shape a new destiny for the Soul Society.

[Just to make a note, but the Third Arc will be Aizen's dramatic return... It will be called Aizen: Revenge Arc. Should be interesting. XD]

Rules

1. In a battle, there are to be no cheap shots that result in a one-hit kill.

2. No ridiculous over-powering of characters and abilities, otherwise there is no point in having a fair RP.

3. Play fair.

4. If you want to be a Visored, then you really have to spin me an exceptionally good story of how it occured and it really has to believable, otherwise I'll tell you to get naffed.

5. If you want to leave the RP for good, or you anticipate being away for a few days, try and work it into the story.

6. Follow my rules, otherwise I'll ask you to leave.

7. No trolls! I hate people who go on forums just make a nuisance of themselves. If you do that on here, I'll get rather annoyed and ask you UNKINDLY to leave.

8. If someone is going to be away for more than two days and cannot post, then we skip their turn and they get to post on their next turn. This is to make sure the forum doesn't get held up too much. We still have a fair bit of stuff to cover and I'd appreciate some good stuff coming in consistently XD. But, seriously, this will help keep the forum up and running. Cheers everyone :)

backstory when he was a young human boy he died of a pool accident when he was 7 he lived in district 67 until one day shuhei hisgi who saved his life from a hollow the young diachi was brought back to the soul soucity to learn to master his spritaul energy he learnd shikai easily as his zanpakuto was a young blue haired girl who was very nice when he learned bankia he had to swim across 15 miles of water without drowing
daichi was a prodegy in sword fighting and pretty good at kido at the young age of ten human years he was placed under kensie of squad nine as 5th seat after a good 10 years in squad nine he eventually became a captian he passed the test with a recomendation from kensie he was only captian for a few months until he went to the human world or hueco mundo witch ever were doing to fight aizen and his arrancar

apperence he looks 25 and he has some what spikey hair and he dress in a typical captian attire hes got the same skin color of Nnoitra

personality hes very smart but never corrects anyone hes very nice and freindly but he gets made when some one tries to hurt him or his friends

Don't worry about the stats - we don't use them on here, otherwise an interesting character. Next thing will be to go to my other forum, 'Characters For The Clan War' and please post your Zanpakuto on there, so I can review it for you. The fighting will get intense pretty soon, so I'll need to make sure that your Zanpakuto is up to scratch. I'll also let you know about plans that your character can undertake, like fighting the Arrancars and such. Also, once this current Arc ends, we will be doing a filler Arc involving the Kasumioji clan, if you recall them from the New Captain Arc with Shusuke Amagai. Thanks for joining this forum.

my charecter was a visored and i do have a story where he was on a trip to hueco mundo and he got attacked by a hollow and when fought a peice of the hollows claw came permently into his skin when the hollow became a arrancar the claw transformed to making him fight the new arrancar to see who get to keep there life if the hollow wins diachi dies but if diachi wins he matians a bit of hollow forming a mask he never shown any one before

@Everyone. We need to have a discussion on what is going to happen next. I want to get this part with Aizen going. We'll need Whiteflame for that. Plus, I also think that ya'll should message me, so I can tell you what I think should happen and then you guys can tell me what you think. I really think that the final part of this Arc should be amazing. Also, I am going to work on a special Kido at some point and I was hoping that a certain Exorcist would be able to provide assistance, given that he came up with the character for Futo Minoriko. XD

Anyway, please get back to me, guys. I think it is time that we got rumbling again.

I have revived from Fire Emblem: Awakening! I have final beaten the main story with minimal losses (I pray to the spirits of those brave soldiers who were lost the cruelness of permadeath) and will probably be speaking like the characters for day to come, or at least until it annoys my family enough that they have an intervention. Of course, II will still return to the game as I attempt to master lunatic mode, but I'll do that on my own time. Bottom line is, I can return my attention to the rps I've been neglecting--i.e. this one.

Anyways, I digress. What is it have in mind, BP? I was thinking of linking the diadem to the events somehow, so whatever you are thinking might inspire me.

Heh, sounds like a plan. Well, I was thinking that perhaps Adelheid could develop this Kido, the one I'm thinking of - a sealing spell, that will come in handy when Raijin realises that Aizen cannot be killed while he has the Hogyoku.

I believe that the Captains should have their chance to combat Aizen, first, while Raijin is healing from the last few battles he has had. I.e. Tsubaki and Azusa will be involvved in, along with Kogase and any of the other Captains that have not yet seen Kyoka Suigetsu.

Okay. I'm going to have to get cracking on here, but Ineed you all to help out - I'm not trying to be frustrating, or anything, but we haven't done a whole hell of a lot on here lately and it needs to be remedied... I will post a post... It will probably be an aftermath-style one, where we look upon what has happened and what is going to happen. I would urge that everyone start getting their thinking caps on and we get to this Aizen fight - it's gotta be done.

Meh, just edit your character to be a Captain and choose a squad. All of the characters that can be replaced are listed in the forum description and squad 11 and 13 are vacant at this point. I'll update you with what's going on, if you just write a background post on your character i.e. how they got to be a Captain and all that sorta thing. XD

[Captains Meeting! Shini No Kaze!!!]

Toshiro looked at Shunsui. The other man still hadn't told him how he had beaten the Espada he had been fighting, but Toshiro knew he'd get it out of him eventually. The others, including Sajin Komamura, Soi Fon, Momo Hinamori and the others that hadn't been injured in their fights, were also there, awiating his word.

'Okay... This is what has happened... We lost word from Cadence, the former pseudo Shinigami, and we don't know what is happening in the location I placed her in... I don't know what this means, but i can guess... Chances are, Aizen has already arrived there and is now fighting her, or has already defeated her and made his way into the location... I don't know what we can do, until Raijin, the Rogue Squad and the other Captains are ready to leave Squad Four... We're just going to have to wait until we can do something. Hopefully, Aizen hasn't defeated her yet and we can buy some time... I'll send someone else to try and help Cadence out...'

Sajin raised his head. 'Is there anything I can do, sir?'

Toshiro glanced half-heartedly at him. 'Honestly, Sajin, I don't think so... Although, you could make the trip to Squad Four and see how the others are doing... Would you mind, Sajin?'

'Not at all, sir. I'll be back with news of how they're doing.'

'Thanks, Sajin.'

Shunsui sighed. 'Who should we send to help the girl? There's few uninjured that haven't seen Kyoka Suigetsu's release...

'Hideaki. I would like you to go to Squad Twelve, Shunsui, and tell him that his Captain-Commander wishes him to complete a mission. Tell him the location.'

'As you wish, sir. I'll be back when I'm done.'

Toshiro looked at him. 'Thank you, Shunsui.'

The others looked down and seemed to have nothing to say. Toshiro thought he could tell what was on Momo's mind - she probably hadn't forgotten about the last time she had met Sosuke Aizen... She ended up almost dead.

'The rest of you may go. There's not much else we can do.'

[Relief Under the Strangely Diluted Sky]

“Captain Tokugawa, you should really stay in bed.”

“I can’t keep myself idle in bed for any longer. I must at least meditate, Isane.”

Tsubaki Tokugawa insisted firmly as she slipped out of her bed. She’d been given her own ward within the 4th squad barracks, a benefit for captains, and had been treated by the 4th squad captain. Even so, her wounds were still a little sore and bandages still surrounded her body. She felt small pangs of pain as she slid the outside door open and sat on the porch, facing a peaceful rock garden that had a strangely peaceful aura that was contagious in a fashion unique to Japanese intricacy. Tsubaki sat seizan style on the porch, shutting her eyes and breathing deeply to clear her mind. Isane watched her worriedly for a few moments, but saw how little her protesting would help and quietly exited the room.

Tsubaki took one more deep breath before opening her eyes slowly, a slightly defiant look reflecting off the mirrors of her irises. She clenched her hands as tightly as she could, trying to ball them into fists, and watched as her fingers twitched before losing all strength. Tsubaki then sighed miserably as she shook her head back and forth.

Too soon. It would still be a little while until her hands recovered from their deep burns. Until then, her swordplay would only be hampered.

“Captain—no; Sensei. Please, have some.”

A soft voice came from beside Tsubaki and she looked up toward her young lieutenant and vice-captain who held a small rectangular plate with two small bowls in them. Tsubaki nodded reluctantly and Kazuma sat beside her, setting the plate between them. Both took a bowl in one hand and Tsubaki savored the taste of sake down her throat. It was rejuvenating in a strangely nostalgic way that she could never understand.

“It would be nice if the sakura trees were blooming, even if it’s the wrong time of year.”

“Is that so?”

Their exchange was short and meaningless, but it was enough. Kazuma didn’t feel the need to press Tsubaki for how she was feeling and Tsubaki didn’t feel the need to tell him. Their relationship was that simple and easy to understand.

Tsubaki was well aware that he’d draw his sword if she made any sign of wishing to leave and go fight. Of course, he wouldn’t succeed in stopping her alone. But even knowing that, he’d try anyways. This fact was enough to bring a smile to Tsubaki’s face.

“Does something amuse you, Sensei?”

“I suppose.”

[Raijin's Thoughts, Inner World Catastrophe!]

[Start Music]

The world is in turmoil. Hageshii is nowhere to be seen. The lightning storm has become worse - The winds are intense, a gale of circling hurricane-like gusts, which swirl around, scattering torrential raindrops everywhere and lightning crackles above, in unison with the cacophony of thunder rumbling. Raijin stands, his thoughts scattered and fragmented. In his own mind, he can see Aizen laughing at him, while he battles with a woman Raijin could have sworn he had seen somewhere before.

What is this feeling? Have I lost already, or am I just imagining things? My fights... Were they all for nothing? I only just barely managed to defeat two Espada... How can I win against Aizen if I can only beat his Espada and still be injured to the point where I fade into darkness? I need to be able to wear the mask for longer... If I can't, then I have already lost...

It is no good. Hageshii still hasn't appeared and Raijin feels the depression getting worse and worse. At this rate he will be unable to communicate with his Zanpakuto and his God.

Have they left me for good?

Another flash of light, another boom of thunder. Suddenly, Hageshii appeared above him, but he had a frown on his face and didn't look at all happy.

'Stop moping, you fool!'

Then he came at Raijin, the Bankai blade suddenly in his hands. Raijin jumped upwards to counter the strike, but found no blade in his hands, instead, they were empty. A look of surprise flashed on his face, as he took the hit in his shoulder, blood spraying and his body falling backwards.

'Dammit! What was that for?'

Hageshii didn't stop and his fist appeared, smashing into Raijin's chest. Raijin lay there, coughing up blood and just looked at Hageshii helplessly.

'You are pathetic... I can't believe you are my master. Where did that resolve go? Weren't you going to defeat Aizen? Or are you just going to let him kill more of your friends, like Renji...?'

Raijin's anger flared and he stood up. 'SHUT UP! Don't you mention his name to me, you bastard!'

'You poor fool! Don't you think he would have the same words for you? He wouldn't want to see you like this, either. Don't let everyone down!'

Raijin sighed. 'I don't know if I can beat him...'

Next thing, he was lying on the ground again, his cheek flaring his pain. Evidently his counterpart had struck him.

'Of course you won't, not with that weak resolve! Stop playing the child and acknowledge your own power - My own power, that which you command. I hope you know, Kaminari was proud of you, at least, until you came here and started doubting yourself. If you are going to doubt yourself, then why should we trust you with our power?'

'Maybe... Maybe, you shouldn't... What's the point?'

Hageshii looked at him in disgust, then disappeared.

[End Music]

I can't do this any more... I can't trust myself to defeat him...

The character I would like to use is:

Character name: Terra Brandford.

Zanpakuto name: Wild wolf

Appearance: a bastard sword, with a green hilt, with a long chord attached to the hilt. With a green blade.
Shikai release: Feel how sharp my claws and fangs are.

Shikai appearance: Hungry wolf two twin scimitars with a deep green hue to the edges. ( think drizz’t do urden twinkle and icing death)

Special ability. Each cut releases a gust of wind to slam into the enemy and knock them away. The force is like being hit by a wrecking ball. With each a light howl echoes out.

Shikai ability one: cutting wind. A blade of wind flies as fast as a bullet from a sniper rifle cutting into the enemy and knocking them away.

Shikai ability two: Wind wall: sonic boom. With the swipe of both blades a condensed blast of wind is thrown at the enemy or object. Upon impact it explodes like a sonic boom, dealing both concussive damage, and disorients the enemy. It has a teen foot radius so it doesn’t have to directly hit to work.

Shikai three. Vanishing wind: Terra like the wind vanishes, think of a predator invisibility cloak. She cannot attack though when using this ability. She can also cloak others by expending reiatsu.

Bankai name: Legendary wild wolf.

Banka appearance. She drops her weapons which form twin ghostly wolves that are about hip height and can attack and so the same bankai ability one and two as her or, they can howl sending out a powerful blast of wind. Similar to grimmjows roar

Well I’ll do my best to explain her appearance. I can send a link too. A white ethereal piece of cloth covers her legs like a lava lava. Her upper torso is covered by the same material around her bust which extends to her left arm leaving her right arm bare except for a leather fingerless glove, and gold bangle on her bicep. Just under bust is a maroon leather strap wrapping around her.

Her left hand is covered just by a leather wrap. A gold and crimson head band is the last of her ensemble with a maroon belt around her waist with a gold chain dangling from the belt. Across her stomach and uncovered arm and thighs are red tribal tattoos. And lastly a pair of roman sandals adorning her feet.
Bankai special ability: she can now control the winds sending out typhoon/tornado like gusts. And since her bankai is sheer taijutsu, her fingers with the wind can now cut like an animals claws or send out blades of wind.

Bankai one: hurricane upper. She either upper cuts her enemy encompassing them in a violent tornado. Or she can launch a small five foot tornado that what it hits, be an attack or someone explodes into a tornado. The strength of the tornado depends how much energy she uses. She can curve the tornado, but once launched it cannot stop and suddenly change direction so it can be avoided.

Bankai two.: hurricane kick. Encompassing herself into a tornado she races forward extremely fast. The enemy can be sucked into the attack where they are whipped in a circle as she pummels them with punches and kicks. The winds rip the flesh before the hurricane explodes sending the opponent spiralling away.

Bankai three: Mark of the wolf: either of the wolves latch onto the enemy pinning them down. she rushes in and pummels the enemy with a flurry of kicks, claw swipes, punches and knees before wrapping grabbing the enemy and tossing both her and them into the air. A tornado encompasses them as they rise. Once she reaches pinnacle height she and her opponent are sent crashing down when the wind explodes like a moab bomb as her enemy is carved into the ground. This is similar to rock lees primary lotus, and Zangiefs super where the throws the enemy into the air, catches them and suplexes them back down. this attack reverts her to shikai and also hurts her as well.

This character I love more as I took inspiration from terry bogard, joe higashi and rock lee. hopefully this one is more suited if so and you don't mind me joining your role play lemme know

I have a problem with the people getting back into this thing... In about two weeks I have to go away and do a course with the NZDF (Defense Force), therefore I will be away for six weeks... I hope this won't create too much of a problem for anyone that plans to get back into this.

At this point, the next two weeks I shall have a mini-Arc, anyone can join in, if they wish. I was thinking that it could still be related to the Aizen: Revenge Arc, and I also have a plan for it. I will elaborate further later.

^ He's one of my characters, actually. I designed a Bankai for him ages ago, before he showed it in the manga. If you want to use him, then you'll need to find a description of his Bankai somewhere, or figure out how to use the one I created for him. I'll let you use him, simply because I already have a few characters on here.

However, it would probably be beneficial for you to create your own character and design an interesting Zanpakuto for them, as well. Having more than character on here is generally quite handy, as there are a lot of things going on and not many people currently joined.

When you guys come back on here - I was having a good idea earlier today - I was thinking that the mini-Arc could be a fight between a force of modified Arrancar, that were each specifically designed to defeat each of the Gotei 13 Captains... Please, let me know what you think.

^ I don't see why not. Well, in that case, I suppose I will make a couple of characters then and that way I can get something done. Hopefully, we can do a bit of this next week, then resume when I get back from the army. I just want to get as much done as possible, really. Do you have any ideas fro what kind of characters you would make, Flame?

I do, I'd be fine fleshing out a couple of them as soon as I'd know which ones I would be working on. We'd basically just have to distribute the creation of them around, it's just a question of how many people are interested and how many everyone's willing to do.

I would recommend that you make one for Exorcist and one for me... Well, one of our characters... I'll get PurifyingLight into this, as well. Basically, I'll message Exorcist and make him drag his lazy butt back to this forum, that way we can make some progress. XD

I'll probably make one for one of your characters, Takuma, I would imagine... I don't know about Wantadog, though. I still haven't heard back from him... I can only assume that he is essentially inactive at the moment and uninterested in RPing.
