After wrapping a scene with co-star Kelly Rutherford, Penn stuck around to take his 21-year-old girlfriend Blake Lively’s maltipoo, Penny, for a walk while she filmed at NYC’s Russian お茶, 紅茶 Room.

“They can’t wait for the weather to warm up so they can go to the dog park,” a pal of the couple tells OK!.

The actress recently caused quite a stir while filming her hit TV show, when her character Serena, was arrested outside the Russian お茶, 紅茶 Room. Many people thought it was actually Blake herself getting arrested! Guess she’s a better actress than we all thought!
