Does anyone know in which episode Blair says that her お気に入り part of chuck's penthouse is the real time surveillance, because it's naughty?

I can't remember whether Blair says it but Chuck definitely tells Nate in The Grandfather: Part II (3x08) while they're at the Empire that “Blair’s お気に入り part is real-time surveillance playback..." =)
