Actually, mass destruction wouldn't probably give her nough fun. She enjoys every single while of torturing, so I guess she would prefer taking it slow.

Black dress isn't this bad idea... I have tons of books and still I'm happy to get another one.

She already has a necklace, that she wears (I think?) all the time, so she probably doesn't need another. If she did, as with the dress,I'm sure she'd have no qualms stealing one. I'm pretty sure she could get a muggle any time, and I imagine she'd get bored after a while and kill it. The weapon, she would like, it's the hardest to get hold of, and I'm sure she'd enjoy handing it over to the dark lord, as this would increase her sanding somewhat. That is my thinking at least :)

But there is some sentimental value too...
