Should I use a tampon または pad for my first period? What kind should I use?! PLEASE HELP!

Pad for sure to start out with.
After some time, then work up to a tampon.
I didn't use a tampon for three または four years after getting my period.

Pad for sure. Tampons are kinda scary at first, and feel uncomfortable the first time あなた use them. I myself prefer tampons because あなた don't really feel it once you're used to it, and with pads it feels like you've wet your pants. But for the first time, use a pad.

Many many girls don't start using tampons until they're sexually active または do sports, so don't even worry about it.
